BUYER : Any non-commercial, natural person who has reached the legal age of majority, having the legal capacity to enter a contract, (hereinafter “the customer”) making a purchase on the website.
PRODUCT: A Rasha Ladhari product that the seller offers for sale on the website
PURCHASE PRICE: The price indicated on the Website for a Product, including the VAT and excluding the shipping costs.
Article 1: Agreement to Terms
By using our Sites, you agree to be bound by the terms and the conditions for long-distance sales between the RASHA LADHARI BRAND and the buyer.
If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Sites.
By accessing the platforms, you agree to these Terms and we therefore advise you to read these Terms carefully and to save or print a copy of these Terms for future reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using and accessing of the Platforms immediately. The Terms may be changed and updated from time to time and any changes will be effective from the publication of the new Terms on the Platforms.
Article 2: Prices
The price indicated on the Website are shown in EUROS including the VAT (Value Added Taxes) for the European Union
-Excluding VAT outside the European Union and in the local currency;
-Excluding delivery charges
The prices of our bags are the same worldwide and may be subject to import duties and taxes.
By placing your order, you acknowledge: your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country; RASHA LADHARI BRAND does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be; and in the event you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
The products remain the property of the seller until the seller’s price has been fully collected.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time.
Article 3: Order Process
Step 1: The customer chooses the desired model and color.
The cutomer adds items to the cart
Step 2: The customer verifies his cart
The cart is available at any moment for changes and modification
The customer validates his order
At this step, the prices shown are only related to the product. The delivery cost will be added later on
Step 3: The customer validates the order summary and ACCEPTS the general terms and conditions of sale
Step 4: The customer chooses the delivery method ( the prices depends on the destination) and the payment method.
The customer is redirected to a secure payment site to finish up his order
We accept payment made by credit card and PAYPAL
The credit card number, validity date and the 3 CVV are required to make the payment
If the payment is accepted, the customer will be redirected to an order confirmation screen on the website.
Order confirmation:
Within an hour of making the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email that states the following details:
- Record of the order
- The details concerning the items ordered
- The total price
- Delivery costs
- Delivery dates
- The chosen method of payment
RASHA LADHARI BRAND reserves the right to invalidate the order for:
- Abnormal or fraudulent complaints,
- Orders above € 1000.00
- Unusual orders regarding quantities ordered,
- Abnormal or fraudulent exchanges and returns,
- Ongoing dispute(s) with the customer
- Suspicious billing information used
Article 4: terms of payement
4.1 Payements are made online by credit card or PAYPAL
We accept the following credit card : MasterCard, Visa
The customer is charged once Rasha Ladhari brand confirms the order
In the event of payment failure, a wrong address, or any other problem pertaining to the customer’s account, Rasha Ladhari Brand reserves the right to block the order until the problem has been resolved.
ARTICLE 5: Home Delivery
Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
When an international delivery (especially in a country with custom taxes) is refused by a client, the brand has the right to charge the client for the return shipping and custom fees (for the return to sender). The total of the fees will be deducted from the client’s refund.
5.1 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has shipped, we email you with your estimated delivery date, your order’s current status, and a link to track your order. if we shipped your order in multiple packages, we’ll send an email for each package with details about which items are in which packages. (we never charge extra for additional packages.)
5.2 Conformity With The Order
If the product received does not comply with the order or damaged, the customer must report by certified letter or by email to this address: contact@rashaladhari.com
The customer will then receive a “return voucher” free of charges then be sent back to the following address:
The customer is advised to take care of the packaging and to protect the product well enough so that it does not get damaged during transportation. Items must be unworn.
Article 6: Return Policy
The customer have a period of 14 days upon receiving the ordered item to exercise the right to cancel the sale and return the item.
Returning the item without extra charges is only applicable within metropolitan France; otherwise, it is at the customer's expense
We accept returns of unused, unworn products with original hangtags and packaging attached. returning eligible items is easy.
The customer should send an email to contact@rashaladhari.com with the following information:
Title: “Product return”
Order number
The customer’s last name
Delivery address
Email address associated with the order
The customer will then receive a printable voucher
Rasha ladhari brand will only be responsible for the costs of the return shipment in metropolitan France
6.1 Returned products must be new, unused, and, in their original box.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (the box containing the purse must be in excellent condition).
If any returned item is soiled or damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.
If Rasha Ladhari Brand does not accept the returned item for the above reasons, the item will be then returned to the customer at his or her own expense. The customer may not demand any type of compensation or refund eligibility except, at a later date, when exercising warranty rights on sold products.
